Founded in 1952, Rex has over seventy years of experience in ski wax manufacturing from our factory in Hartola, Finland. As a family-owned company, we have deep-rooted traditions in winter sports and are recognized as one of the world's leading ski wax manufacturers. We collaborate with top national ski teams to create innovative race waxes, which are widely used in the Cross-Country Skiing World Cup. Our race support team travels the globe during winter, providing testing and service to these elite teams.

They actively collaborate with biathlon clubs and regional centers nationwide to organize comprehensive training and competition opportunities for all athletes, from grassroots to elite levels. Their focus is on preparing athletes for success on the international stage. Additionally, U.S. Biathlon provides the necessary staffing and funding to support both the national and junior national teams in their competitions.
SKI WAX TECHNOLOGY
It is a new-generation polymer wax blend that forms a strong bond with the high-modulus polyethylene base material used in race skis, ensuring good durability.
It is an ultra-hard polymer wax blend for the most abrasive conditions. It is only possible to apply in liquid form. It forms a strong bond with the UHMWPE base material used in race skis, ensuring good durability.
It is our fluorocarbon free dirt-repelling and glide-enhancing technologies. For 23/24, the technology has already entered its third generation with the new NF-series gliders.
The core of our liquid wax technology. Combined with a special manufacturing process, it enables the temporary liquid state transformation of new-generation polymer waxes. A liquid wax without compromises.
GLIDE
Rex N-KINETIC is the name of our fluorocarbon free dirt-repelling and glide-enhancing technologies. For 23/24, our additive technology enters its third generation with the new and improved NF-series gliders!
GRIP
Our N-line grip waxes' innovative recipe consists of pressure sensitive and temperature sensitive raw materials in an optimal ratio to achieve a perfect balance for the demands of today’s World Cup racing tracks.

Ski care is more than just selecting the right wax. Rex brushes are designed to bring out the best in our products. Waxing with the proper methods and tools is paramount in achieving the fastest and most durable gliding surfaces.
SKINCARE
Rex Skin Care is a glide-enhancing and dirt-repelling conditioning agent for mohair insert skis. It does not contain hydrocarbons and does not harm the mohair grip insert.

Rex Wax will be making recommendations for events across the USA and Canada. We try to be the first to publish, but watch the weather conditions and update as needed.
